Make us an offer of a low-interest loan
The purchase of Portland Works will need loans to back up the share capital. The less we have to borrow at 7% from institutions, the better for the project. We welcome offers of low interest loans from individuals, with a repayment period of 2-5 years. We would be able to offer 3-5% depending on amounts.
